CrossFit Hustle is the Premier Strength & Conditioning Facility of Northern Kentucky.

We offer a wide variety of programs specialized for every type of athlete:

CrossFit Classes - Our CrossFit classes are coached by certified trainers, focusing on strength, conditioning and overall fitness.

 • Mud Run Training - Training for mud runs like Tough Mudder, Spartan Race and Warrior Dash is mandatory. Three times per week, we prepare challengers for upcoming races and events.

Endurance GroupOur Endurance Group prepares for upcoming Triathlons, marathons and other endurance events using high intensity programming.

Barbell Club - Lifting heavy things is what we do. We train Olympic lifters for upcoming meets.

GORUCK TrainingTwice per week, future and veteran GORUCKers prepare for upcoming Tough Mudders and GORUCK Challenges.
 
Hustle KidsWhether a sport athlete or a kid who just needs to get off the couch, our Kids Program provides youth with the strength, conditioning and community needed for critical development and healthy interaction.
 
OpFitWe provide future military personnel with the physical and mental preparation needed to survive Boot Camp and Basic Training.
 
Team ConsultingOur coaches have worked with professional, semi-professional and high school sport athletes to prepare them for winning games through proper strength & conditioning.
